Part 2 AP Lucky pack! A la carte Tea Time Odekake *lots of pictures*

Such a long name *_* But I finally received my pack after spending 3 days in customs, and what more? It arrived on my birthday! :D Customs was a bit of a bitch and costed me £57 but it was either pay up or never see my package ever again *sigh* So here's the box: (Be warned, my bed is messy. It was the day before my deadline...crummy birthday I know, celebrated with uni work and Dominoe's pizza, yay)

They included a small care sheet on how to wash your items/store them etc. I was also given a Angelic pretty sticker :D haha
And the massive pink bag that everything was packed in

My itemssssss! <3 <3 Excuse the Haribo's, Joe bought it for me as a birthday treat lol

First item I opened was my bag, I absolutely love it! It's so soft and big enough to fit what I need in there, it's perfect <3 I have also been dying for a black bag since..forever <3

It has 2 hidden pockets inside, and 2 outside as well! And the zipper is a cute little heart

Soft socks ^.^ And the headbow

And finally, my jsk! I am very happy with this dress (and this pack overall) I'm sure by now everyone is familiar with AP's quality, so I won't ramble on :) I was a bit apprehensive at first that it would be too long on me like my BTSSB ones but I wore this to a lolita meet on Saturday and I was quite pleased with how it looked :D

The print and the custom lace, it has a spoon and fork motif! <3

Scalloped front, waist bow isn't detachable like the pink jsk

But the straps are adjustable, since it isn't shirred, the buttons are the normal clear ones
And shirred at the back ^^ This jsk fits like a glove

I think i would've like to have little black bows on the back, might add it in myself when I can be bothered, scalloped waist ties, the buttons are little heart 'pearl's'

No picture but jsk has pockets and has it's own in-built petticoat, and fully lined:

I love this pack so much, I don't think I've ever paid for any clothes this expensive before, the entire thing has cost me around £300 but I plan to keep everything and love it with everything I've got. x] Joe did offer to pay for this as a birthday present but I downright refused, I would feel so guilty..I don't think I'll ever forgive myself!

(My outfit for the Bradford On Avon meet)

Instead he bought me a pair of New Rock boots that I have had my eye on for a while, luckily I managed to find the exact same pair on ebay a week before my birthday and for half the price, I was over the moon, I'm now a few inches taller, yay :D (I do love the contrast)

As the saying goes, a girl can never have too many shoes...I bought a pair of winged heels at the beginning of the month and it arrived last week, I can't wait to wear these out. I think they're rather sexy ;)
Can't believe I'm 21.....I still feel like I'm 16 ;___;

Part 1 AP Lucky pack! Pink jsk set *lots of pictures*

Firstly, I wanted to say sorry for not posting an awful lot this month! I had uni deadlines so I haven't really had time to update, not that I would have had anything interesting to say since I was working and sleeping most the time. But my hand-in was Friday so I am freeeeee!
My Lucky Pack came on Monday 16th January, and I was so relieved I didn't get hit by customs for this pack! The other one, not so lucky, but I'll save that for the next post ;) As I had asked Kyra to help me order this I didn't get a tracking number, so it was a total surprise when Parcelforce turned up at my door! Without further ado I busted through my bedroom door and plopped the box on my bed and slowly peeled it open:

Items!

The socks are so soft <3 The headbow is simple but cute, the lace is actually similar to the ones that Bodyline uses, pretty standard stuff.

Back of bow and pink bag, since the stock image on AP only showed the black set I had expected the pink tote to be a lot lighter. It's sturdy and has a very cute print.

Blouse is thin but adorable, also ever so slightly see through and no shirring so it's a little baggy on me, I don't own any AP blouses so I don't have any to compare it with. It uses 3 different types of lace:

The collar has birthday cakes

The sleeve and the front has different heart motif's

The pink JSK! Sorry it's wrinkly, I was in the middle of doing uni work so had no time to iron  it ;_;
I have mixed feelings on this dress as I very rarely wear pink, it might be too sweet for me. But it most certainly is cute /I need a different adjective/

Shoot me for saying this but just looking at it, I could pass it off as a Bodyline jsk (one of their nicer quality dresses) But I wasn't expecting anything stunningly amazing as this was one of the cheapest Lucky Pack's

Shirred straps, and the waist bow is detachable, ribbons on the front piece is for decoration only ^^

Shirring at the back and waist ties neatly folded

Heart shaped buttons :D The straps aren't detachable like my other AP jsk

I love the fact they also put pockets in their dresses, makes life so much easier!

Built in mini petticoat, there is also a white thread connecting the dress to the petti

The whole dress is also fully lined, and the tag is in skirt part

And my co-ord! I was so tired that day, forgive my face >_<

*edit: I spoke too soon, I got a Duty/Tax invoice today for this set =_=;; orz

AP Lucky packs!

Not much has happened these past few days and my blog seems a bit...empty.
But I know what I'm looking forward to this week!
I think I went a little bit crazy with my money but it's my birthday coming up so I'm using that as an excuse to buy myself, ahem....2 presents.
During Christmas and New Years AP launched their Japanese and Oversea Lucky Packs and since I've been into Lolita for a good 3+ years I thought it might be time I invested in my first hand 'Burando'. And luckily a wonderful loli was offering help with ordering the Japanese LP's so I jumped right in and literally begged her to take my money (thanks btw Kyra..if you're reading this!)
Unfortunately the main pack I wanted had sold out :'(

So my second choice was this set...which had also sold out in black ;__;
But I got the pink set in the end as the $150 was all that I could afford.
The socks are just adorable though!

So me and Kyra exchanged info etc and got all the payments finished today! Hooray, I cannot thank this girl enough <3 :D
Yesterday I was browsing round the net and lurking the comms and the Lucky Pack LJ in hopes to see if anyone has received their packs yet then noticed a post that AP has put up more Lucky Packs *my bank is weeping* thus led me to buy this in black.....

I felt a little sick to be honest that I have spent so much in less than 3 weeks....but I have chucked a load of money into my savings which I can't get into as I left my savings account booklet with my mum so let's hope that will save me.....
I am so excited though! Sorry for rambling on a bit...I will go shoot some zombies now.....

Busy busy busy busy

Hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and Happy New Year! Sorry I haven't been posting at all since last month, I spent the majority of my christmas break at my parents. In that time I have spent nearly all my money, slept and ate a lot and gained a few inches round my waistline, great end to 2011! :D
Also my parents decided to give us an extra bed early December, now we don't have to fight over the covers or space, yay!

Pink Christmas tree and pressies (all Joe's apart from one)

Also I went to another lolita meet on the 3rd December, unfortunately I didn't take as many pictures as I would've liked to since it was incredibly busy but here's the article and some pictures: Follow me!
And here's some bigger pictures:

Mmmmm breakfast <3

Kyra's awesome carriage bag, the wheels spin!

This sign screams "I'll fill mine with your blood and organs"

My co-ord! Trying out different styles and Monika's gift, she's such a sweetheart! <3

Again, apologies for the super long 'break'!
