Halloween Make-Up Tutorial

So Halloween is just around the corner and a perfect opportunity to play with make-up! I wrote an article for Yatta! magazine about last month's Portsmouth lolita meet and creepy doll tutorial. The magazine is brilliant this issue with lots of halloween-related content, and a delicious cookie recipe by Kitty Bonkers!
